How to start your GO Handheld Thermal Scanner?
- Power-on the device without plugin it to a power source
- A count down will show on the screen before the device warms-up
- Once the device is ready, you may plug it to a power source
Device is plugged into a power source but temperature sensors aren’t working?
- Please un-plug the device from the power source
- Restart the device without the charger being plugged-in
- The Application should start then a count-down will show on the screen before the device warms-up
- Once the device is ready , you may re-plug it to a power source.
