A new version (version .61) is now available for the Thermal Kiosk.
This version will automatically show up as an available upgrade on the Measurer app settings screen on your device.

Exporting locally stored scans
To export the records saved locally on the Thermal Kiosk, follow the steps below:
- Plug in a USB stick into the USB port located on the bottom of the Kiosk (to transfer the data to)
- Launch the Hanshin Measurer app
- Using a mouse, click on the calendar icon displayed on the bottom left corner of the
- Select the start date and end date for the data you want exported
- If you would like to export the data for multiple years, please export each year separately (ex: export December 2020 then export January 2021 separately)
- From the lower section of the screen, click USB and open the sub folder you would like the data to be exported to
- Click Export
Note: The data is in CSV format
SmileMe.In Portal update – 12/27/2020
The following features and improvements have been applied to SmileMe.In Portal:
- Enhancement to High Temperature Alert feature:
- Ability to specify additional users (Admin or non-Admin) to receive high temperature alerts
- The user selected to receive high temp alerts does not have to be assigned to the same location as the Thermal Kiosk
- This provides flexibility to the High Temp alert feature
- To specify additional user(s) to receive high temp alerts, navigate to the Location page which the Thermal Device is assigned to, then select the user from the Users List
Important Note: Location Admin(s) will continue to receive high Temp Alerts as usual

Updates and Improvements to the SmileMe.In Portal – 11/16/20
The following features and improvements have been applied to SmileMe.In Portal:
- New Temperature Report
- Ability to export Temperature Report Ex, in PDF or Excel format
- Additional Temperature Settings that can be set by the Admin from the General Settings page:
- Ability for Admin(s) to define the temperature value that High Temperature alerts get send based on (default is 100.4 °F)
- Admin(s) can enable/disable the “Send temp alerts” toggle, which controls whether high temperature alerts gets sent or not
- Enhancement to the Import Users functionality
Mounting the Device to a Stand
Use the following steps to mount the device on a stand (Solid Steel, Mobile Steel, Tripod, Desk Mount)
1. Remove the wall mount from the device
2. Locate the mounting plate included with the stand and line up the screw holes with those on the device
3. Reattach to the stand and you are good to go
SmileMe.In new Features and Improvements – 11/08/2020
The following features and improvements have been applied to SmileMe.In Portal:
- Total daily scans count is now visible on the Dashboard for Admin and Temp log manager (“Today’s Scans” tile)
- Reference ID field has been added to the User pages (for new and existing users)
- Ability to Delete Payment details is now supported (Manage Subscription page)
- Admins can delete images from Unrecognized Users page
- Send Credentials feature in the Portal that allows Admin(s) to send a user his/her Account Number and Passcode

SmileMe.In new features and improvements – Oct 23
The following features and improvements have been applied to SmileMe.In:
- Manage your SmileMe.In Account Subscription:
The portal now gives Admins the ability to manage their account’s subscription.
As an Admin, you can add a payment method, renew/upgrade your subscription, and/or purchase additional users to increase the user count limit on your account. - Delete action in Temperature Log Page:
Admins and Temperature Log Managers can delete records from Temp Log page in the Portal.
Note: For identified users, the delete action deletes that temperature reading from the associated user. - Added the ability to add multiple photos to the photos gallery in the SmileMe.In phone App

Thermal Kiosk Software Update Version 2.0.54
A new version (version 2.0.54) is now available for the Thermal Kiosk. This version will automatically show up as an available update on the settings screen of the Measurer app on your device.
This update includes temperature measurement improvements and enhanced photo capturing performance.

SmileMe.In – New features and improvements – Oct 12
The following features and improvements have been applied to SmileMe.In:
- New Temperature Report:
– For Workplace accounts, a new report is available.
– The report shows the latest 5 temperature readings for identified users.
– The data in the report can be filtered by “Department” - Fixes and improvements to the Temperature log linking functionality
- SmileMe.In Co phone app: Update to the acceptable location based attendance to 350 ft (applies to record attendance functionality in the phone app)
SmileMe.In Portal new features and improvements
The following features and improvements have been applied to the SmileMe.In portal:
1- Enhancement to the high temperature alerts feature:
- High temperature alerts is now only sent to admin(s) assigned to the same location as the device
- Alerts are sent for high temperature scans for the current date
2- Made the Gender field optional for employees in Workplaces and Sports accounts
3- Improvements to the lunch feature and lunch orders report
4- General improvements to the portal
